– Completed training sessions or packages

– Digital products (including eBooks and downloadable instructions) once accessed or downloaded

– Online courses after substantial content has been accessed

– Missed or unused training sessions without sufficient notice, as described below

3. Training Sessions and Classes

• If you cannot attend a scheduled in-person or online training session, you must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule

• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered used and are non-refundable

If you experience technical difficulties accessing an online course:

• Contact us promptly at info@getgymnastfit.com so we can assist you

• Refunds will not be issued for issues caused by your own equipment, internet connection, or failure to meet minimum technical requirements
