Who this coaching is for
This approach works best for people who want to rebuild and improve how their body moves from the ground up.
Many of my students come in with discomfort, stiffness, or limitations in areas like the lower back, hips, or shoulders, and feel that general workouts are not addressing the root of the problem. Instead of adding more exercises, we focus on understanding how the body should move and rebuilding those patterns step by step.
My coaching follows a simple three-step approach:
1. Fix and understand
We start by addressing current limitations and learning proper body mechanics. This is where we build awareness and create a solid foundation.
2. Refine fundamental movements
We improve movements you already know, like push-ups, pull-ups, and basic coordination, making them more efficient, controlled, and aligned.
3. Expand with new skills
Once the foundation is solid, we introduce new movements and skills to build strength, control, and overall physical ability.
Each session is built around your goals and preferences, but this general structure always stays in place. We fix what needs attention, refine what you already do, and introduce new challenges to move your body forward in a structured and balanced way.
As you continue training, your understanding of the mechanics improves. Over time, this allows us to spend less time on explanations and more time applying what you already know. Eventually, sessions may become more focused on training with minimal explanation, while still revisiting and clarifying concepts when needed.
This approach requires patience and attention to detail. It works best for people who are open to learning, willing to slow down, and interested in understanding how their body works, not just following instructions.
